We really liked the Borma as well as the Baklavas because these were authentic. We never got this quality Turkish sweets in USA; so we were extremely happy. The reason I did not give 5 stars is the frying medium. Butter was good but these should have been fried in pure ghee. Nevertheless, we are enjoying it.
