Usage: It is recommended to use DeepSea by gently massaging the area of the body to be massaged, temple and forehead, back of the ear, back of the neck, briefly, in circular movements, 2-3 times when needed.

I bought this for my parents and they absolutely LOVE IT. Only downside it is small BUT they have been using it often and it has helped them alot.
