What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept the following secure payment methods:

• Most major international cards

Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for selected countries: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait.

 

Are My Card Details Safe?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways (Stripe and PayPal).
For your security:

• Your card details are entered on secure, encrypted payment pages.
• Grand Turkish Bazaar never sees or stores your full card details on our servers.

You will always see “https://” and a padlock symbol in your browser during checkout.

 

Do I Have to Register Before Ordering?

No, registration is optional.

You can place your order as a Guest.
However, creating an account allows you to:

• View your order history
• Save your delivery addresses
• Track your orders more easily
• Collect loyalty points and use them for future discounts

 

When Will I Be Charged?

Your payment is captured immediately after you place your order.

All transactions are securely processed by our payment partners (PayPal, Stripe, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.).
If your payment is declined or you have questions about the transaction, please contact your card-issuing bank for details.

 

What Currencies Can I Use?

Our prices are displayed in 13 different currencies.

You can change the currency at any time:
“You can change the currency by opening the menu on the left and selecting your preferred currency from the top panel. You can also change the currency using the dropdown at the bottom of the page.”

At checkout, you will see the final amount in the currency you selected. Your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rate and possible fees.

 

Is VAT Included in Your Prices?

Yes, all our prices include VAT.

Please note: Any local import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees that may be charged by your country’s customs authorities are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Is Shipping Included in Your Prices?

Shipping costs are not included in the prices displayed on product pages.

• Your shipping cost will be calculated and shown clearly on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
• If your order qualifies for a “Free Shipping” offer, you will see this label and no shipping fee will be charged.

Please remember: Shipping fees do not include any import taxes or customs duties that may be charged when the parcel arrives in your country.

 

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes. We offer free express shipping on eligible orders.

Currently, free express shipping is available on orders over $120 to the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, and the Middle East (subject to campaign conditions and destination availability).
Any active free-shipping campaigns will be clearly shown on our website and at checkout.

 

Why Has My Payment Been Declined or Cancelled?

Grand Turkish Bazaar does not manually approve or decline payments.

If your payment was declined or cancelled:

• It was most likely blocked by your bank or card provider’s security systems.
• Please check your card details, available balance, and any security notifications from your bank.
• You may also try another card or payment method (e.g. PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

For further details, please contact your bank directly.

 

I Haven’t Received an Order Confirmation

If you have not received your order confirmation email:
1.Please check your spam or junk folder.
2.Make sure you entered your email address correctly at checkout.
3.If you still cannot find it, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

 

Can I Change or Cancel My Order After Payment?

Because we prepare and dispatch orders very quickly, changes are limited.

• Adding items to an existing order is not possible once the order is placed.
• If you wish to cancel, please contact our Customer Success Team as soon as possible.
• If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
