Egricayir received organic honey certificates in 2009 for their precious honey that has been produced completely organic for hundreds of years.

As the new generation representatives of the Çay Family, they created the Egricayir Brand and again in 2009 as they returned from France with a Gold Medal. Egricayir honey was selected as the "World's 2nd Best Honey" in Slovenia in 2011.

In the "International Best Organic Honey Competition" (BIOLMİEL) organized by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture, we were once again awarded the "Gold Medal" by expert jury members from the European Union Countries.

There are two reasons. Egricayir Plateau is in the Mersin Taurus Mountains and has an altitude of 2500 altitude.
