What is Your Return Policy?
At Grand Turkish Bazaar, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
You may request to return your order within 15 days from the delivery date. Please ensure that all items are returned in perfect condition. The products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
If an item is returned in unsuitable condition, we may have to return it to you at your expense. You are responsible for the goods until they reach us, so please ensure they are packed properly to avoid damage during transit. We will not compensate for returned packages lost in return shipping. Any shipping charges and return handling costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds for returned products will be processed as soon as possible, within 30 business days of receiving the returned products. Please note that shipping, additional duties, taxes, or any other charges will not be refunded. Always obtain proof of posting from the carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) when sending your returns. During “Free Shipping” campaigns, you will only be responsible for the return shipment cost.
Damaged Items
If you believe your order has been damaged during shipment, please inspect the package in front of the delivery officer.
If there is any damage, do not accept the delivery and request a record of the damage from the cargo company.
Once you have accepted the delivery, it will be considered that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty.
Refund of Delivery Charges
Please note that the right of withdrawal is not valid for food products in accordance with the Turkish Code of Commerce. However, if your parcel is damaged during delivery or falls apart, compromising the product quality, you may return the item.
We will either refund your full purchase amount or resend the product at no additional charge, depending on your preference.
How to Return an Item
Before returning an item, please contact us with details of the item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return.
Pack the items securely in their original packaging along with the invoice.
Use an express shipping service of your choice (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.) to send the package to the address we provide.
Keep the tracking number as the package is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Can I Exchange an Item?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

Non-Refundable Items
Please note that custom orders and food products are not refundable.
