Turkish Anzer Honey, Original, with Special Serial Number,
Anzer Honey is a world famous type of honey. Which produced in a special region called as Anzer Plateau, at northern of Turkey.
In Anzer plateau, there are more than 800 different types of flowers. Around 80 of them are endemic flowers.
No trees grow on the Anzer plateau. Therefore, there are only pollen of endemic flowers grown in Anzer plateau in Anzer honey. Pollen analysis is carried out to determine whether Anzer honey is genuine Anzer honey.
No sugar or any other additives are added to Anzer honey. Anzer honey is milked without heat treatment. Cold milking is done since temperatures above 40 ° C inactivate the enzymes and pollen in the honey.

CONSUMING TIPS: Adults: One tablespoon on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before a meal, morning and evening. Children: One teaspoon on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before a meal, morning and evening. Since it is natural, it can crystallize. Babies younger than 1 year old should not be fed honey. Storage temperature should not exceed 25 Celcius.
Store in a cool and dry place.
Avoid direct sunlight.
Keep away from humid environments.
