Gluten-Free Baklava with Walnut
Gluten-Free Baklava is produced for the special diets of celiac patients and for gluten-free diets.
Celiac is a long-term disease that primarily affects the small intestines. This allergic reaction causes a lifetime tenderness inside the small intestines against the protein called gluten, available in cereals such as wheat, barley, and rye.
Studies have been conducted with the Society of Living with Celiac, and sampling was performed by the patients.
The amount of gluten is not more than 20mg/kg based on measured dry substance.
Other ingredients used in this product, except for flour, are the same as the taste quality of normal Baklava.
Adding even only two spoons of gluten into a ton of gluten-free product may cause dangerous results for the patients.
Therefore, it is very important that gluten-free products should not be contaminated with any amount of gluten.
First of all, we have organized a special production site and a separate warehouse in our firm to prevent food at risk of containing gluten from being in the same location as gluten-free food.
Gluten-Free Baklava was baked in a separate oven from the other products. Furthermore, the required training was given to our personnel regarding celiac disease.
Gluten-Free Baklava is offered to our customers using a separate division and equipment in our showroom.
Consumption under doctor control is recommended.
Our products are regularly analyzed.
It is calculated based on a daily intake of 2000 calories. This product is produced in accordance with the gluten-free product notification with permission no. 34-00053/29.01.2002 granted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.

Received my gluten-free Baklava as a Christmas gift. I haven’t have baklava for over 20 years (because I can’t have gluten). This is absolutely divine! We keep our box in the refrigerator and pop a square in the microwave for 10 seconds before enjoying it with a cup of coffee. I have already ordered more! Be fore-warned…..this WILL become habit-forming!

It had been 20 years since I’d had baklava, as that is how long I’ve been strictly gluten free. It was lovely to find that someone could make it gluten free. Of all the GF baklava I’ve tried, this was pretty good! A blend of rice and almond four would make for a less chewy, hard pastry. Rice flour alone creates a perfect looking baklava, but a 70/30 rice/almond flour split might soften things up a bit and add a nuttiness. I will recommend this others and will be buying more as gifts. Great product, timely shipping, fair price.

Product was very good. Layers were flakey and filling was sweet but not overwhelmingly so. Bottom layer was a little chewey but still quite good. Baklava is my all time favorite dessert and almost impossible to find Gluten-free. Also, many gluten free products are grainy this baklava was not. Kudos to Grand Turkish Bazaar. Shipping arrival date changed frequently and I was afraid it would not arrive in time as it was a Christmas gift. Hooray it arrived Christmas eve day

I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease, and one of the foods I started missing the most was baklava. I looked everywhere for it, and this was the only place I found that sold it. I bought 1000g of it for my birthday this year. The reviews I read were correct, this is just as amazing as the gluten version! If you want gluten free baklava, this is the one to get! Anddd- it’s literally the only place in the world you can find gluten free baklava to buy!! It arrives about 3 days after you order it. Fresh, just the right texture and so good.
