Measure 2.5 teaspoons of mesir paste spiced coffee and 190 ml of cold milk for each cup. Combine the coffee and milk in a pot and gently stir over the fire until it boils. Pour the coffee, starting with the foam, into your cup. Relish the delightful flavors of your coffee. Avoid boiling it a second time to preserve the perfect taste experience.
