You can also make an omelet with olives. Remove the seeds from a handful of olives and cut them into tiny pieces. Break 3 eggs into a bowl, add some chili pepper, salt, black pepper and olives and whisk. Pour into a hot non-stick pan. You can also put some butter in the pan beforehand. As you approach cooking, grate lots of cheddar and serve.
