Şölen Nutymax with Pistachios pushes the limits of flavor with more chocolate and more cream. With its crispy wafer and abundant cream filling, it creates a taste that is both light and long-lasting. Nutymax with Pistachios leaves an irresistible taste in the mouth, with the pistachio purée overflowing from the wafer and the whole pistachios inside.
When chocolate is made, the beans collected from the cocoa tree are dried. After baking and roasting, they are separated into cocoa powder and oil. In order to obtain chocolates of different densities, cocoa dry matter, cocoa butter, vanilla, milk powder, sugar are added in different proportions and finalized.
Chocolate should be kept away from heat, humidity, and odors. It should not be placed in the refrigerator. Chocolate placed in the refrigerator loses its homogeneity due to sudden temperature changes. In this case, cocoa butter rises to the top and a white layer form on the chocolate. The optimum temperature for storing chocolate is 16–18 degrees.
