2 cups semolina
2 cups of milk
1.5 cups of sugar
4 spoons of butter
How to make semolina halva
Put the butter in the pan and melt it.
Put the grits in it and start roasting.
Continue roasting the grits until they change color.
Slowly pour the milk over the semolina completely roasted with butter, and while pouring the milk, stir quickly.
Continue mixing until the semolina draws milk.
Add the sugar in it last. Continue mixing quickly.
After this stage, take the halva from the stove and let it cool.
You can serve with ice cream upon request.
Butter should be used when making halva.
It should be waited at the beginning because semolina smells bad even if it is too little.
Sugar should always be put last, so its consistency is easier to attach.
