I grew up eating simit , great memories of my childhood days
Wish they were fresh out of the oven however after traveling thousands of miles to to USA
Put them into the oven for few minutes

I am little disappointed, but it is better than nothing I grew up in Türkiye, to have them fresh with Beyaz or Kasar cheese with a hot tea nothing tastes like it but by the time they came to me in America they are like stretchy rubber I am sorry it must be the distance they traveled I put them in the oven or my toaster just for few seconds trying to enjoy them Please come and open a place in the Villages You wont be sorry
