Very moist and flavor rich. No after taste like other sugar free desserts I’ve tried. Even though it says not to refrigerate, we did to keep it fresh for a longer period of time. Stayed soft even when chilled. Shipping is extremely fast too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my baklava!
