Extra green pistachios, called Boz Fistik in Turkish, are a special type of pistachios.
You can use Turkish Pistachio in many sweet recipes and baklava making for a unique taste, or you can eat it directly.
Extra Green Pistachios begin to give the first product towards the end of July.
If pistachios are started to be harvested for the first time, that is, at the end of July – beginning of August, the amount of product to be obtained from the tree will be small and special since the pistachio to be obtained is not fully ripe and does not completely fill the inside with the shell.
It is the king of pistachios with its green color, unique aroma, taste, and smell.
Early harvested pistachios are separated from the soft outer membrane in the enterprises and left to dry in the sun.
The dried hard-shelled pistachios are broken in the crushing machines at the desired time, and the pistachio and its shell are separated from each other with air in the tossing machines.
It is all-natural and has no additives.
