How to make Acibadem Bitter Almond Cookies?

Materials
1 tea glass of wheat flour (50 g) 2.5 tea glasses of powdered almonds (100 g) 3 egg white 1 tea glass of granulated sugar (85 g) 2 teaspoons of Pakmaya Sugar Vanillin 2 tablespoons of Pakmaya Powdered Sugar 1 package of Pakmaya Baking Powder1 grated zest of an orange 1 pinch of salt

For topping:
12-15 almonds

Acibadem Preparation

Step 1: First, set your oven to 160 degrees and heat it.
Step 2: Whisk the egg whites and half of 1 tea glass of sugar with the help of a mixer for about minutes until it becomes foamy.

Step 3: Blend 1 tea glass of flour and 1 pack of Pakmaya Dough Baking Powder in a separate bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients on top of this blend.

Step 4: Now we come to the most demanding point! You have to mix these two ingredients carefully. However, when doing this, you need to be careful not to deflate the foamy egg mixture. In other words, with the help of a spatula, you can gently feed both materials by ventilating from bottom to top.

Step 5: Transfer the macaroon paste you prepared into a squeezing bag. Squeeze it on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper at intervals, place an almond on it. Bake for 10-12 minutes. You can serve it after it cools down.

Crafting Secrets for Acibadem

* You can also make tiny acibadem cookies using silicone macaron molds.
* If you want to get a more crispy cookie, you can roast the almond powder on low heat for 5 minutes and add it to the cookie after cooling.
