Please warm up the Knafeh on a pan around 5 minutes in medium heat to melt the cheese.
Consuming Tips:
1) For the best experience, warm the product for 5-7 minutes at a low temperature in a fan oven; avoid using a microwave.
2) Alternatively, you can warm it on a stovetop.
3) Only warm the amount you plan to eat.
4) Store in the fridge or freezer only in an airtight container.
5) Do not store baklava in the fridge or freezer without airtight sealing.

I ordered this because I had gone to Beirut in 1987 and they had Knefeh, freshly made for me to try, but it was made with Eshta instead of this wonderful cheese. This was really good! I tried to heat it on a pan, but had much better luck with a few seconds in the microwave. I would have never known it was coming from Turkey because it was so fresh. Just the right amount of sweetness without being sugary. A surprising treat! Will get it again in the future. Thank you so much for the nice variety of baked foods!
