How to Make Rose Jam Recipe?
Remove the rotten and dried leaves from among the rose petals. Cut the rose petals from the bottom white part. Carefully rinse the leaves by rinsing them several times.
Drain the excess water of the washed rose petals.
Put it in a deep saucepan. Sprinkle with sugar and leave overnight.
The next day, boil the sugar and rose petals that have released their water on low heat with water.
When it starts to boil, squeeze out the lemon juice and continue cooking until it melts. Mixing in this way, cook for about 20 minutes. Then remove it from the heat and let it come to room temperature by stirring.
Divide it into jars and keep it covered after it has cooled completely. That’s it, bon appetit.
