How to make raspberry jam?

Materials for making
- 1 kilogram of raspberries
- 1 kilogram of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- Juice of half a lemon
Extract the raspberries, wash them well and dry them.
Place a layer of fruit and a layer of sugar in the pot.
Close the lid and let it rest in this way until the next day. Meanwhile, the juice and flavor of the fruits will be revealed.
In the cooking phase, take the pot on the stove and mix until the sugar dissolves.
Add the butter and cook it on medium heat until it reaches the consistency and boil for 30-35 minutes.
Add lemon juice to the cooked jam.
After boiling one more time, take it from the heat.
When it is slightly warmed, divide it into jars, close the lid, turn it upside down and let cool.
Store your jam away from light for a longer shelf life.
