Taris South Aegean Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a product that you can enjoy to add flavor to your meals.
Produced by olives, named as “Memecik” in south aegea region.
Extra virgin olive oil, extracted from delicious and large olives grown in the Southern Aegean, has a slightly astringent aroma. It offers a very enjoyable taste when combined with lemon.
Taris Extra Virgin Olive Oil 750 ml is obtained by squeezing the world-famous oil olives of the Aegean Region in the facilities of Taris cooperatives, without heat treatment.
Analysis and controls of Taris brand olives and olive oils have been carried out in laboratories accredited to the International Olive Oil Council since 2000.
STORAGE TIPS:
When olive oil is left in the cold or placed in the refrigerator, it can change color and even freeze.
Frozen olive oil will become liquid again at room temperature.
Even though this changes the color of the oil, it does not cause any deterioration in its taste or content.
Air and heat damage olive oil.
Be careful to store olive oil in cool places out of direct sunlight.
Olive oil absorbs all kinds of odors. For this reason, it should be kept tightly closed in places where there is no foreign odor.

I am used to “American” olive oil. Mainly from California, and it’s ok – generally has at least some flavor. But when I visited Türkıye, I noticed the olive oils are amazingly delicious. I know the age of olive oil has a lot to do with olive oil’s flavor, but I have had excellent results ordering from GTB before, so I took a shot. I tried it as soon as it arrived, and it is just as what I experienced in Türkıye – amazingly delicious! I find myself dribbling some on to my finger and just tasting it. Incredible! Thank you, GTB!
