Turkish Red Hot Pepper, Pul Biber, Traditional Spice

Pul Biber from Istanbul`s Spice Market is perfect to add traditional Turkish taste to your delicious food

All Natural, No Preservatives-
Authenitic Middle Eastern / Turkish Gourmet spice
You could say that it is something like chilli, derived from dried and crushed peppers. A favorite spice in Turkish kitchen
Pul Biber is sprinkled on just about everything as a garnish for those who like it hot. It’s a key ingredient in most spicy dishes, especially meat dishes and soups. It’s often kneaded right into the ground beef mixture when making spicy versions of ‘köfte’, or grilled meatballs.

Fresh and savory

Absolutely nothing tastes better than this Pul Biber. I am learning new Turkish recipes and they won’t taste the same without it. It’s fresh, bright red and smells so good. The taste is mild, fruity, a tad bit smoky . It’s a coarse chili pepper flake.

Turkish Red Hot Pepper, Pul Biber

This is the best red hot pepper I have ever tasted, delicious even in my soup.
I have never ordered a product from abroad that came so fast, in just a couple of days.
I will return to this Grand Turkish Bazaar very soon, as it has marvellous products of supreme quality.
