Our Pistachio Vegan Baklava is crafted with the utmost care to ensure it meets the highest vegan standards. The materials used for the production of our vegan baklava do not come into contact with any animal products. Specifically, soy milk, diabetic flour, beet sugar, and olive oil are used in the product content.
We have established a special production area and a separate warehouse for all raw materials used in the production of vegan baklava. This dedicated production area is separate from our other production areas to ensure no cross-contamination with non-vegan products. Our personnel have been thoroughly trained in vegan nutrition and the production stages of vegan products.
The Pistachio Vegan Baklava, which is shaped by our trained personnel, is analyzed regularly to maintain its quality and integrity. It is offered in the special flavors section of our sales store, using special equipment (tray, spatula, knife) exclusively for vegan products. This attention to detail ensures that our vegan baklava is not only delicious but also meets the strict standards required for vegan cuisine.

Consuming Tips:
1) For the best experience, warm the product for 5-7 minutes at a low temperature in a fan oven; avoid using a microwave.
2) Alternatively, you can warm it on a stovetop.
3) Only warm the amount you plan to eat.
4) Store in the fridge or freezer only in an airtight container.
5) Do not store baklava in the fridge or freezer without airtight sealing.

Amazing!! First time having vegan baklava and it’s so yummy! It’s FILLED with pistachios (they weren’t skimpy).
This is one of the top baklava bakeries in Istanbul and they sure didn’t disappoint.
I kept it in the fruit drawer in the fridge but best consume it quickly, which is not a problem. LOL
