This is wonderful baklava. Delicious pistachios nestled in unbelievably fresh pastry. Enough honey to wet the bottom, but not oversaturated. Not too sweet either. Sweet, but not sickly sweet like many can be. All set in a nice box. And beware: 1000g is a big box. I didn’t think that 1000g is a Kilogram, which is 2.2 lbs. So much goodness. And… shipping to Pennsylvania was four days from order on Thursday to delivery on Monday. Will shop again soon.
