It is obtained by mixing spices such as Sumac, Cumin, Salt, Garlic, Dry Mint, and Thyme.
It can be used in all kinds of salads. Salad seasoning is left in olive oil and vinegar for a while and the obtained flavored sauce can be added to the salad.
It does not require the addition of lemon, as a sour taste is added to the sauces to which it is added, with the effect of the sumac it contains.
The flavor of this salad spice will trigger all your senses.

Great in salad dressings....

I use Salad Seasoning Spice mix in my homemade salad dressings (I use plant-based yoghurt as the base). Would be wonderful used in an oil-based dressing, too.
