This size of bulgur is preferred in making raw meatballs because it is small in size and it is easy to soften and knead with less water. Raw meatball bulgur is also mixed with meatball bulgur and used in meatballs and bulgur. It is the smallest size of yellow bulgur varieties.

Product Instructions for Use
Do not soak or wash before use. During cooking, use 1 cup of bulgur wheat and 2 cups boiling water as a scale.
