I first discovered Isot during a visit to Istanbul earlier this year, and quickly went through what I purchased when there. I was delighted to find the Grand Turkist Bazaar online and now have an ample supply of of Isot. It adds so much flavor to my dishes (a small amount goes a long way). My order arrived very quickly. Will definitely will be ordering again!

Very nice. Good quality. Lovely subtle but complex flavour to this spice. I feel it can be used in the same manner as black pepper, but with some of the flavour profile of moderately hot chili. Simple packaging, but that is fine by me as the focus is on the product.

I almost use this for everything. It’s very good but since it’s not labeled as organic or does not state wether it’s free of pesticides, I’m assuming it’s not. This is my only reason for 4 stars instead of 5🙂

I Purchased a bunch of spices on my visit to Turkey last summer and was so sad when they ran out. However, the spice market had everything that I Longfore and they delivered it in less than a week. I highly recommend them!

Placed my first order on Wednesday, during the COVID19 period; by Friday lunchtime the goods were received.
Same good quality as when I used to buy the Isot at the Egyptian bazar in Istanbul.
