I first discovered Isot during a visit to Istanbul earlier this year, and quickly went through what I purchased when there. I was delighted to find the Grand Turkist Bazaar online and now have an ample supply of of Isot. It adds so much flavor to my dishes (a small amount goes a long way). My order arrived very quickly. Very nice. Good quality. Lovely subtle but complex flavour to this spice. I feel it can be used in the same manner as black pepper, but with some of the flavour profile of moderately hot chili. Simple packaging, but that is fine by me as the focus is on the product.
