Local Osmancık Rice, which you can safely choose to cook delicious pilafs accompanying almost any meal; It can also be used in soups, dolma and olive oil dishes, or in desserts such as rice pudding and zerde.

You can keep your rice in water for a while so that the excess starch flows.
If you roast the rice, which has drained well, over medium heat, your rice will be cooked in a shorter time.
If you use a flat and flat pan to cook rice, your rice will be grainy.
Once unpacked, your rice will last longer if stored in an environment of approximately 18 degrees free from moisture and odor.
