Known as ‘harnup’ among the people, carob contains a high level of antioxidant substances as well as rich nutrient content and is of great importance in helping strengthening the immune system.

Pekmez is a sweet syrup unique to Anatolia, produced by crushing and boiling fruits such as molasses, grapes, figs, carob or mulberry, or agricultural products that can easily turn into sugar, such as sugar beet juniper fruit. It is intense, delicious and dark in color.

Koska products are produced without sacrificing quality. Molasses are produced in Kütahya factory and are not boiled for a long time instead of old methods.
